Pac Tell Group, Inc., the holding company for USFibers, was founded in 1994 by Edward S. Oh, an entrepreneur and visionary who noticed the trend and need of a quality plastic recycling distributor in the United States. Having traveled extensively, he noticed the amount of recyclable polyester products around the globe and the demand both here in The United States and around the world. Mr. Oh began distributing plastic material to various industries within the United States and on the global market.

Since those early days of being a pioneer on the global PET recycling scene, USFibers has continued to identify and even start trends that continue to make an impact each day.
